Started in 2017, Courtesy Connection is a solution for a problem plaguing the property management industry. Specifically, the industry lacks a modern answering service software platform that is customizable, easy-to-use, and cost-effective.

Courtesy Connection is a solution to:

• Manage the behavior of property phone lines
• Provide Call Recordings of all platform calls to and from your property
• Provide crystal-clear call and voicemail notifications to anyone who needs to receive them
• Provide a digital log of any lighting or security inspections provided by your courtesy officer(s) or security firm
• Report on Operator on-call hours and on-call performance (specifically, how often are resident calls answered vs. not when an Operator has said they're on-call)

Courtesy Connection started as the solution to a problem Ryan Nigro (LinkedIn) saw in the property management industry.
