Implementation and Training Specialist
We're onboarding new clients *all the time*, and we're looking for a rockstar to help us get those clients in the door accurately and on-time. If you have experience with project management, training, and/or support, then we'd love to talk with you!
- Location: Remote. That said, we are prioritizing candidates that live in Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina. This position will work PST hours, however.
Job Responsibilities
- Project manages customer implementations
- Performs customer training via Zoom video call (as part of initial implementation and as-needed, if appropriate)
- Assists with customer support ticket requests (related to implementations or otherwise)
- Engages with customers through chat, email, Zoom video call, phone, or carrier pigeon as needed to work with clients
- Builds customer-facing documentation as-needed to address common customer support requests
- ... and other duties as needed by the business
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree. Or demonstrated successful professional experience in a similar job role.
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with the property management industry is a huge plus. It's not a hard requirement, though.
Compensation
- Salary: $31.00/hr-$33.00/hr commensurate with experience and expertise
- Bonus: On years when Courtesy Connection pays a bonus (we have every year to-date), then this position will be eligible for an annual bonus
