Courtesy Connection is a scaling SaaS firm that is lucky enough to be taking off. To add fuel to the fire of that growth engine, it's time for us to bring a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to the team. The focus of this position will be on top-of-funnel sales efforts to identify, qualify, and engage early
stage outbound sales prospects.

Location: Remote. That said, due to some business considerations, you must be physically located in Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado,
or Tennessee.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifies prospective clients
- Engages and educates prospective clients at scale via phone and email
- Works closely with Marketing and Customer Success
- ... and other duties as needed by the business
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree

Comfort and expertise with outbound sales. This role involves *a lot* of cold email and phone calls.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience interfacing with Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive execution and growth
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with the property management industry is a plus. It's in no way a hard requirement, though.
Technology Expertise
- We use Hubspot as our CRM extensively. It would be a huge plus to have someone familiar with Hubspot as a Sales CRM, though it's not a requirement.
Compensation
- Salary: $52,000 base salary.
- Quarterly On-Target Performance Bonus: Contingent on hitting quarterly on-target outbound performance metrics, this position will be eligible for a $2,000/quarter on-target performance bonus.
- Annual Bonus: On years when Courtesy Connection pays a bonus (we have every year to-date, contingent on company overall performance), then this position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
